I offer virtual group yoga classes, varying in length (from 20 minutes to 1 hour) and style (flow, gentle, and stretch). All virtual classes can be access through the member library, which you can view as many times as you like while you have a current membership ($59/month). I also occasionally offer in-person group classes for a separate class fee, so if you are local to Dallas, be sure to join my email list so you will know when those events happen. YOGA CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
My vinyasa flow classes focus on gaining strength and increasing balance abilities. These are great if you prefer a little more intense (but still accessible) practice or classes that move more quickly.
A great option to enhance your understanding of key poses, my gentle yoga classes move slowly through a series of poses geared toward learning and practicing good form.
Ease tension in this practice designed to release muscles, draw your focus to your breath, and lower stress levels while you stretch your muscles while seated and/or lying on your mat.
